In the Olympic Park the Maly Ice Palace front is currently being assembled. The key feature of this construction is its multilayer structure: the building has two covers — an exterior one and an interior one.

The Center “Roza Khutor” in Krasnaya Polyana is currently completing preparation of the “X-treme” Snowboard-Park and Freestyle-Center to hold test competitions in February—March of 2012.

In the Sochi Olympic Skating Center there has been completed the supporting concrete base where there will be located the technological layers of the ice field.

At the Central Stadium of the Olympic Park at the mark of 36 meters there is being filled up a monolith concrete framing.

In Krasnaya Polyana in the Russian National Sliding Center there are two weather stations which have started their operation.

In Krasnaya Polyana there was completed preparation of the shooting range intended to hold test biathlon competitions in winter of 2012. The firing line is located in close proximity to the biathlon stadium with the capacity of about 5,000 viewers. Total capacity of the Cross-Country Ski and Biathlon Center constitutes 9,600 viewers.
