Before sending your message to the State Corporation we recommend you, depending on the problems which you’re interested in, to be aware of the Laws On the State Corporation, the annual performance reports of the Corporation, and, also, to look through the answers to other viewers’ questions which have been already posted.

The procedure of receiving messages, sent to the official site of the Corporation.

1. This service provided on the official site of the State Corporation is an additional means of communication enabling citizens to send their messages to the State Corporation.

2. Citizens’ e-mails comprising questions concerning the issues which the State Corporation is in charge of and filled in the corresponding feedback forms are accepted for consideration.

3. The volume of the text mustn’t exceed 20000 characters.

4. E-mails sent with incorrect or partially filled information about the sender, comprising incorrect expressions, general reasoning on well-known political or economic problems, any advertisements, and, also extrinsic e-mails are not considered and are to be deleted.

5. By perforce the State Corporation officials who are responsible for studying citizens’ messages have the right to specify the information about the message sender and verify the content of the message.

6. The e-mail are replied by the corresponding structural unit of the State Corporation that is authorized to consider the problems included in the message at the address written in the e-mail.
