Terms of work — work on a contract, transfer of rights, technical software support during a year from transfer of rights moment according to Specification 1. Payment of contract’s price is carried out during 10 (ten) bank days from moment of signing the act of transfer of rights on software usage on the basis of payment account if there is an invoice.
Technical support during a year of exploitation must be included into contract’s price. Structure and terms of technical support are pointed by Tenderer according to Specification 2.By Tenderer’s initiative the structure of provided services could be extended.
37 licenses of “Business-Enterprise” and 58 licenses of “Business-WEB” software has been purchased to “SC Olympstroy” now.

Requirements for Tenderer:
Tenderer should have automated letters from software developer confirming tenderer’s authority on transfer of rights on software and also accomplish all guarantee duties, present new versions, exploitive, technical, inquiry support dealt with workflow and “Business” office automation system;
Copies of first and also other necessary contract’s lists (not less than 3 contracts) between Tenderer and contractor with appropriate signatures and seals confirming Tenderer experience in projects on software implementation and maintainability realization.
