The abovementioned venue, sewage facilities on the left bank of the Mzymta river in the Krasnaya Polyana district (design and survey works, construction), is being implemented as part of the Program of Olympic Venues Construction and Development of Sochi as a Mountain Climatic Resort approved by government order No. 991 dated December 29, 2007, as amended by government order No. 613 dated July 27, 2009.

Administratively, the construction sites are located in the Krasnaya Polyana district of Sochi, Krasnodar region.

The project of Olympic Park facilities, with the exception of venues under Clauses 8—13 and 20 of the Program (design and surveys, construction), involves the construction of sports venues and the installation of sports, utilities and housing infrastructure.

The project of the sewage facilities on the left bank of the Mzymta river in the Krasnaya Polyana district (design and survey works, construction) involves the construction of a sewage system for wastewater intake from sports facilities and residential buildings, with the sewage drains connected to the backbone sewage system of the Krasnaya Polyana district.

The contracting authority is the State Corporation for the Construction of Olympic Venues and Development of Sochi as a Mountain Climatic Resort (SC Olimpstroy), with its address at: 37 Kurortny Prospekt, Sochi, tel. /fax: +7 (8622) 621 700.

The findings of the environmental impact assessment and the technical specifications for carrying out the environmental impact assessment are available from SC Olimpstroy to those concerned for review, comments and suggestions from October 12, 2009 until November 28, 2009, at the following address: office 5, 43 Gorkogo Street, Sochi, tel. +7 (8622) 904 323, from 9 a. m. until 12:30 p. m. and from 2 p. m. until 6 p. m., with the exception of weekends.

Public hearings will be held based on the public discussion results, at 10 a. m. on November 11, 2009 at: 18 Navaginskaya Street, Central District, Sochi (the conference hall of the Central District administration).
