Administratively, the construction site is located in the Adler district of Sochi, Krasnodar region.

The project "Residential area development on Tavricheskaya Street in the Adler district of Sochi (design and surveys, construction) "involves the construction of single-family houses to be afforded to people as residential properties in lieu of the housing properties taken by eminent domain in order to accommodate Olympic venues of federal significance or develop the area adjoining the Olympic venues, with the necessary residential infrastructure to be installed.

The contracting authority is the State Corporation for the Construction of Olympic Venues and Development of Sochi as a Mountain Climatic Resort (SC Olimpstroy), with its address at: 37 Kurortny Prospekt, Sochi, tel. /fax: +7 (8622) 621 700.

The findings of the environmental impact assessment and the technical specifications for carrying out an environmental impact assessment will be made available by SC Olimpstroy to those concerned for review, comments and suggestions from September 28, 2009 until November 28, 2009, at the following address: office 5, 43 Gorkogo Street, Sochi, tel. +7 (8622) 904 323, from 9 a. m. until 12:30 p. m. and from 2 p. m. until 6 p. m., with the exception of weekends.

Public hearings will be held based on the public discussion results, at 10 a. m. on October 28, 2009 at: 18 Navaginskaya Street, Central District, Sochi (the conference hall of the Central District administration).
